I relocated to the Lowcountry from Indiana in 2011 and have been "livin’ the dream" ever since making the move. My husband and I lived in Battery Point for a few years until building our own home and moving to Cat Island. Leveraging my background as a former Director of Customer Service at Franklin Electric in Indiana, I place a high priority on understanding my client’s needs and providing a memorable and stress-free experience. I always say, “don’t worry unless I tell you to worry”. With 14 years of experience in real estate, I specialize in the beautiful area of Coastal Carolina. As a new construction expert, working in and closing out several communities in the Beaufort area, I provide valuable information about the build process, latest market trends, pricing strategies and new home developments. Whether you are looking to purchase, build, or sell your property, I can help make the process easy and successful with my years or experience. Outside my professional life, I am a mother to a son who is a successful electrical entrepreneur who lives in Beaufort, two daughters in Indiana one who works for the Pacers (Yes Cers), and the other for a non profit in Fort Wayne. I enjoy spending time with my 2 (soon to be 3) grandchildren who live locally. My husband and I enjoy the natural beauty of the Lowcountry, actively participating in community activities, church, golf, and other local charities.

About Marsha Widenhofer

In 2011, I moved from Indiana to the Lowcountry. My husband and I initially lived in Battery Point before building our home on Cat Island. With previous experience as Director of Customer Service at Franklin Electric in Indiana, I focus on understanding my clients' needs and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Having worked in real estate for 15 years, I specialize in Coastal Carolina properties. With 12 years as a new construction expert, I have contributed to several communities in Beaufort and provide information on the building process, current market trends, pricing strategies, and new home developments. Whether purchasing, building, or selling property, I use my experience to support clients throughout the process.

Outside of work, I am a parent to a son who runs an electrical business in the Beaufort area, and two daughters in Indiana—one who works for Indianapolis Monthly, the other with a non-profit called Turnstone in Fort Wayne. I have three grandchildren who live locally. I also participate in community activities such as church, golf, and charitable organizations with my husband, appreciating the region's natural environment.
